North Simcoe Victim Services (NSVS) is a non-profit, registered charity, which currently only receives funding from the Ministry of the Attorney General. NSVS relies heavily on the community when it comes to volunteering and support.

A monetary gift to NSVS means you will be helping victims within your community receive the short and long term support they need. Donations also assist NSVS with training sessions, fund building and other expenses, as well as the services and programs that are offered.

20th Anniversary Fundraiser – 120 x 20 Crisis Response Kits

Our volunteers know how much a few items such as blankets, meal vouchers and other emergency supplies can mean in a stressful and traumatic situation. Often our clients don’t have anything in the midst of a crisis situation. As well as the practical contents, the kit contains a binder of organized and useful resources, allowing our volunteers to spend time giving people the support they need, rather than looking up how to find a taxi, hotel and other services.

As part of our 20th Anniversary, we are launching a fundraising campaign to purchase 20 new kits at a cost of $120 each. Thank you for supporting our volunteers by helping us provide these essential kits!
