Emergency Service Personnel

  • Allows officers the ability to rapidly respond to other pending crises
  • Decreases repeat calls
  • Provides officers with accurate and comprehensive information about available community resources and services
  • Fosters cooperation with, and enhances relationships with emergency services
  • Provides satisfaction that the victims’ needs are being met
  • Provides feedback to the officer on the outcome of the assistance provided to the victim.
